Fylde Citizens Advice Bureau, which was opened on Monday, 20th May 1968, is located in the small rural town of Kirkham, Lancashire, and serves the whole of the Fylde, including the towns Lytham, St Annes, Ansdell and Wesham along with the major villages of Little Eccleston, Singleton, Staining, Elswick, Freckleton, Newton-with-Scales, Warton, Weeton, Westby and Wrea Green.

Our Aims

The Citizens Advice service aims:
  • To ensure that individuals do not suffer through lack of knowledge of their rights and responsibilities or of the services available to them, or through an inability to express their needs effectively and equally:
  • To exercise a responsible influence on the development of social policies and services both locally and nationally.

All of the advice we give is entirely free of charge and we offer an independent, impartial and confidential service to all who need it.
